Walmer Apartments is a residential project featuring WoodEx® timber-look aluminium supplied by CSP Architectural. WoodEx® is manufactured from 100 per cent solid aluminium with a timber finish and is offered for cladding, battens and ceiling lining applications. The material is AS 1530.1 tested and provides a non-combustible alternative to natural timber. CSP Architectural identifies Walmer Apartments as a WoodEx® project, demonstrating the material’s use within a contemporary apartment development and architectural exterior application.
