Every Material Direction, One Supplier

The facade is the part of a building that gets noticed first and judged hardest by the client, by the streetscape, and by whoever walks past it every day for the next fifty years. It’s also where compliance, budget, maintenance and design ambition collide most directly. Getting the facade material right means having genuine choice across performance tiers and aesthetic directions, not being steered toward whatever a single-brand supplier happens to stock.

CSP Architectural’s facade range spans eight brands covering solid and composite aluminium, through-colour fibre cement, timber-look aluminium, architectural terracotta, factory-finished fibre cement, composite cladding and the full James Hardie™ exterior range. Whatever the design brief, budget and compliance requirement, the right facade material is somewhere in this list.

A Quick Way to Narrow It Down

Fire compliance is the priority

3A Alucolux® (fully non-combustible solid aluminium) or NBK Terracotta both satisfy the strictest NCC non-combustibility classifications without compromise.

Budget and speed matter most

James Hardie's Hardie™ Exteriors range, or ExaPanel®, has broad availability and straightforward installation and is well understood by builders across Australia.

Design ambition leads the brief

EQUITONE, NBK Terracotta or 3A Alucore® are materials chosen for their architectural character as much as their performance credentials.

Timber look without timber's problems

WoodEx® (aluminium substrate) for cladding and screening, or WoodEvo (composite) for a combined decking-and-cladding material family, are both non-combustible or highly durable alternatives to real timber.

Frequently Asked Questions

What facade brands does CSP Architectural supply?
CSP Architectural’s facade range covers eight brands: 3A Alucolux® (solid aluminium), 3A Alucore® (corrugated aluminium composite), EQUITONE (through-colour fibre cement), ExaPanel® (factory-finished fibre cement), James Hardie™ (the full Hardie™ Exteriors range), WoodEx® (timber-look aluminium), NBK Terracotta (architectural terracotta) and WoodEvo (composite cladding, available in Victoria).
3A Alucolux®, EQUITONE, ExaPanel®, James Hardie™ fibre cement, WoodEx® and NBK Terracotta are all non-combustible. 3A Alucore® has no thermoplastic core and carries strong fire performance credentials. Our team can advise on the correct product for your specific NCC building classification and BAL requirement.
Yes, this is common practice. A typical composition might use James Hardie™ or ExaPanel® across the main facade with an accent element in EQUITONE, NBK Terracotta or 3A Alucolux® at a feature zone such as an entry or garage frontage. CSP’s team can advise on compatible fixing systems and Nvelope rainscreen subframe integration where multiple facade materials are being combined.
Yes. Nvelope rainscreen subframe systems are supplied alongside the facade cladding range for projects using a ventilated rainscreen facade assembly. Contact our team to discuss subframe compatibility for your chosen facade material.
