The Alpolic/fr has been supplied in the Australian market for the past 12-13 years and has set the benchmark for fire resistant ACM in Australia.
Alpolic/fr is one of the most advanced fire-retardant Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) available in the market. The Alpolic/fr and Alpolic A2 conform to International fire codes and receiving the Australian CODEMARK Certificate Of Conformity which complies with the Building Code of Australia and can be installed externally or internally on all type A, B and C commercial constructions.
Alpolic/fr is recognised as the most suitable material for external and internal cladding because of its light weight property, fire-retardant, high corrosion-resistance and rigidity. Owing to its particular properties, light yet rigid Alpolic/fr allows architects and designers the unlimited ability to create a modern architectural masterpiece.

Alpolic/fr is coated with Lumiflon-based Fluorocarbon paint for superior Hue and gloss retention compared to PVDF coated products.
Excellent Colour Uniformity:
Alpolic/fr uses a Die-coating application not a roller coated system. The Die coating process ensures complete colour consistency for a smoother more even coloured finish which promoted a self cleaning aspect.
The continuous laminiating process results in excellent flatness in our panels.
With its high percentage of non-combustible mineral-filled core, Alpolic/fr meets fire code requirements in most countries and regions including North America and Japan without restrictions.
Lightweight & High Rigidity:
Alpolic/fr 4mm is a light and strong aluminium composite material with the equivalent rigidity 3.3mm solid aluminium sheets.
To protect the cut edge from corrosion, a rust-preventing paint is applied to Alpolic/fr behind the aluminium skins.
Protective Backing Coating:
The backside of the panel is coated with a wash coat or service coat, protecting the backside aluminium from either alkanline attack from cement or galvanic corrosion from steel.
Alpolic/fr is easy to cut, bend, groove and shape with regular aluminium working woodworking machines and tools.
Alpolic/fr is 100% recyclable and is an Ecospecifier Certified Product. Alpolic/fr also conforms to ISO14001.
Alpolic/A2 is aluminium composite materials (ACM) with a high fire-retardant core consist of approximately 90% of non-combustible ingredient within the core material. Alpolic/A2 is commonly used as exterior and interior claddings and roof coverings in new building and retrofit applications. The panel has been classified as having a superior fire-safety grade to various other types of ACM around the world.
ALPOLIC/A2 is composed of a non-combustible mineral high filled core sandwiched between two skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy (2105-H14). Total Thickness is 4mm. The topside is coated with fluorocarbon paint and the backside is a wash coating or a service coating.

To meet the demands of architects and designers Alpolic has developed new composite materials other than aluminium and had successful supplied the natural metal range, Titanium Composite Material (TCM), Stainless Steel Composite Material (SCM), Copper Composite Material (CCM) and Zinc Composite Material (ZCM). TCM and SCM are commonly used for projects in which longevity is essential and ZCM offers a nature-oriented finish that features natural weathering.
Alpolic/fr TCM top 0.3mm tick surface is approximately 99.5% pure Titanium. Titanium has the property of unparalleled corrosion resistance where the metal quickly forms a stable oxide film (‘passivated film’) at room temperature which will not rust as far as it is used for external claddings and roof coverings, wherever the building locates. TCM is rigid and lightweight, TCM 4mm is equivalent to titanium 3.1mm thick in rigidity and meets the Fire safety as the core has the same contents as ALPOLIC/fr. TCM has a fire approval for exterior and interior uses in Japan.

Alpolic/fr SCM is a stainless steel composite panel composed of a non-combustible mineral-filled core and two sheets of 0.3mm thick stainless steel NSSC220M skins. SCM is a highly rust-resistant ferritic stainless steel which has an outstanding rust resistance comparable to stainless steel 316. Alpolic/fr SCM is equivalent to 2.9mm thick solid stainless steel sheet in terms of bending and rigidity but SCM is lighter by about 46%.

Alpolic/fr CCM is a copper composite material composed of a copper sheet on the topside of a non-combustible mineral-filled core and a copper sheet on the backside. Like solid copper, Alpolic/fr CCM is perfect for architectural wall cladding applications and accent trim on buildings. The natural copper surface’s ever-changing finish constantly evolves, adding richness and depth to any building facade. Alpolic/fr CCM offers the rigidity of heavy gauge sheet metal in a lightweight copper-faced composite material. CCM also features such attributes as superior flatness, vibration dampening, durability and ease of maintenance.

Alpolic/fr ZCM is a zinc composite material composed of a chemically-weathered zinc sheet on the topside, a non-combustible mineral filled core and a zinc sheet on the backside. ZCM is suited to the use of outdoor applications such as soffit, awnings, parapets, rain screens, external claddings and roofs, especially when conventional building materials are insufficient. Alpolic/fr ZCM is protected by the surface layers, zinc alloy which has a long life. The annual erosion rate is normally 1 to 7 microns (3 microns in average), which indicates that 100 microns (0.1 mm) thick zinc lasts as long as 35 years to erode.
ALPOLIC/fr LT is exclusively designed for interior applications such as partitions, interior walls, column, ceilings in shops, offices and factories. It is a fire-rated and safe material, the main ingredient of the core material does not permit the proliferation of flame and restricts the development of smoke.
ALPOLIC/fr LT is composed of a non-combustible mineral core with a small amount of low-density polyethylene sandwiched between two skins of 0.3 mm thick aluminium. The core, indispensable for fire safety of interior application, is gray in color, with a touch of carbon black for an aesthetically pleasing cut edge.
ALPOLIC/fr LT is available as stock item in reversible, single, stone and timber finishes.
Reversible – has effective sides on both front and back.
Single – are coated with a matte or high gloss finish. The back is wash coating.
Stone and Timber – are coated with unique image transfer process. The back is wash coating.

ALPOLIC/fr –RF id s mirror-like reflective finish aluminium composite material with a non-combustible mineral-filled core used as ceiling or interior wall applications. The panel is shutter proof and safe unlike glass and can be easily installed on a rigid substrate using soft set adhesive and/or double sided tape.

ALPOLIC/fr Matte Series is composed of a non-combustible mineral filled core sandwiched between two skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium. The topside is coated with high-performance Fluoropolymer resin paint with a matte finish and the backside is a wash coating.
ALPOLIC™ reAL anodised finishes open new possibilities of aluminum composite materials. The continuous coil anodising process gives you additional sophistication and elegance in design as well as the excellent color uniformity with the long-term durability to the weathering.
All colors herein have 8 micron thick of anodic oxide layer produced in the continuous anodising process on an aluminum coil.
The continuous anodising finish has excellent color uniformity.

Colors may slightly vary between production lots. To ensure the color consistency, we recommend placing total requirement in one order. Should you use material of the same color from different production lots in one project, please make sure to consult our office in advance.
Brake bend or other forming operation shall cause visible cracking on the surface.
The panels should not be fabricated at temperatures lower than 10 degrees C.
Panels should be stored flat in a dry indoor environment.
